The Adoption Change and Service Management (ACSM) Consultant is a non-technical role focused on leading organizational change and service management for Microsoft’s Defense customers. This position helps organizations understand and prepare for the impact of AI on their workforce, processes, and service delivery. The consultant develops and executes change management strategies aligned with mission objectives, builds governance and service frameworks to support AI adoption, and manages multiple projects across services and technologies. Operating at the program level, the ACSM Consultant also contributes to business development, pre-sales, and risk management, while collaborating across Microsoft’s adoption ecosystem. As a trusted advisor and change agent, this role is central to enabling successful, sustainable transformation.
