Job Description

As Ad Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Partnership team, by being a platform specialist across DV360, CM360, SA360 and resolving platform questions logged via our ticketing system by our clients.
In this role, you will onboard, and support Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving strong relationships while ensuring they receive best-in-class service and adhering to ticket SLAs and best practices.

Role Responsibilities:

Platform Expertise & Technical Support
● Resolve basic platform (CM/DV/SA) questions, including user access, creative approvals, and
spend issues.
● Complete account build tasks (e.g., Advertiser creation, linking, floodlight/audience creation)
for platform onboarding and implementation.
● Ability to complete scorecards and basic audits for GMP products

QualificationsExpert Platform Knowledge – Maintain up-to-date certifications across all GMP platforms (DV360, SA360, CM360) and GA4, ensuring alignment with Jellyfish’s GMP certification requirements.Process & Efficiency – Adhere to best practices in service delivery, efficiently managing and resolving tickets within SLA timeframes through strong prioritization and time management skills.Collaboration – Actively contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment, fostering knowledge sharing and teamwork.Client-Centric Approach – Develop a deep understanding of client challenges, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset and strong client-facing capabilities.Communication – Exhibit clear, concise, and effective communication skills to identify challenges, articulate solutions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.Accountability & Ownership – Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within a team, ensuring reliability, responsibility, and timely task completion.ENGLISH PROEFICIENT (UPPER INTERMEDIATE LEVEL AT LEAST).
