CTG is seeking to fill an Adobe Journey Orchestration Lead opening for our client in Albany, NY. Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Duties: Apply functional marketing and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) technology expertise to enterprise processes, driving consistency, compliance, efficiency, and a more unified customer experience Support discussions with business partners to understand and translate requirements into architecture for key solutions—from design through implementation Drive process adherence and utilization of available capabilities, templates, and best practice solutions Collaborate with marketing, MarTech, and IT teams to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies Provide oversight and technical guidance to journey development teams Review and validate journey briefs and technical design documentation to support journey build and optimization activities Provide training support, including in-platform shadowing and demos for associates Apply best practices across Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics Skills: In-platform expertise with Adobe Journey Orchestration and Adobe Experience Platform Deep understanding of marketing journey execution, orchestration, and automation within Adobe platforms Technical expertise in leveraging platform capabilities to optimize marketing workflows Strong collaboration and communication skills to interface with both marketing and technical stakeholders Ability to document, manage, and perform peer reviews, including collaboration with offshore teams Proficient in conducting training sessions and developing process documentation Experience: Proven experience as a marketing specialist working hands-on with Adobe Journey Orchestration and Adobe Experience Platform Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects involving marketing technology platforms Experience enabling platform capabilities in coordination with marketing and technical teams Background in reviewing design documentation, conducting QA, and optimizing digital journeys Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
