We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Team Lead for Adobe Campaign Classic v8 to drive the delivery of enterprise-scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role places strong emphasis on Adobe Campaign v8 with Federated Data Access (FFDA), requiring the ability to design, implement, and support marketing automation in a federated data environment. You’ll lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with data, marketing, and technology stakeholders to build performant, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of Adobe Campaign developers in the successful delivery of projects using Adobe Campaign Classic v8, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability.· Design and implement solutions that leverage Federated Data Access (FFDA) to integrate with enterprise data sources in real time, minimizing data replication.· Collaborate with data and IT teams to ensure proper FFDA configuration and schema design aligned with campaign use cases.· Create and optimize complex workflows, data schemas, and delivery strategies across channels (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.).· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on v8-specific features, including FFDA, schema design, and advanced workflow logic.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance, federated queries, and delivery logic.· Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.· Oversee code quality, documentation, and best practices in development and deployment processes.· Support integrations with external systems (e.g., APIs, SFTP, web services) and collaborate with AEP and broader martech tools as needed.· Participate in roadmap planning, platform governance, and solution architecture discussions.Required Qualifications
· 5 years of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including 1–2 years working on version 8 with a solid understanding of Federated Data Access (FFDA).· Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign architecture, schema design, and campaign execution.· Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, XML/XSLT, and experience working with APIs (SOAP/REST).· Experience in leading teams in Agile or hybrid development environments.· Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and how it complements Adobe Campaign is a plus.· Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data teams.Preferred Qualifications

The base salary range for the tagged location is $76,200 - $178,290.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
