ADMS Test Architect / Strategist
CTG is seeking to fill an ADMS Test Architect / Strategist opening for our client in Columbus, OH. Location: Remote or Onsite – Columbus, OH (Must work East Coast hours; occasional travel to Columbus with advance notice) Duration: 10 months Duties: Design and lead test strategies for Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) programs. Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management for OMS and SCADA systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, priorities, and quality metrics. Provide leadership, mentorship, and best practices for testing teams. Facilitate test readiness reviews and report progress to stakeholders. Skills & Experience: 7–10 years in software testing/QA, with 3+ in a Test Architect or Strategist role. Strong expertise in ADMS program testing, OMS, and SCADA. Proven ability to lead enterprise-level test planning and execution. Proficiency in defect tracking, automation tools, and quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
