What You’ll Do:

Lead community outreach and build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers
 Promote our facility's services and ensure positive public perception
 Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless referral and admission processes
 Create and implement marketing strategies to drive census and awareness
 Represent our organization at events, health fairs, and networking functions
 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development (SNF/LTC preferred)
 Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
 Driven, personable, and professional with a team-first mindset
 Knowledge of local healthcare landscape is a big plus
