Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Manage the referral process while providing a smooth transition from the hospital, community, or other settings. + Perform in-person visits to evaluate potential referrals as needed. Conduct facility tours for prospective residents or their relatives. + Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner. + Work directly with other department supervisors in completing responsibilities for admissions of new residents.
