Admissions Facilitator Trainer

The Admissions Facilitator Trainer plays a key role within the Corporate Admissions Department, responsible for training and developing campus-based Admissions Facilitators. This includes onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training and professional development to existing facilitators across all campuses. This position trains team members on areas such as managing admissions data, serving as the initial point of contact for prospective students, assisting with paperwork completion, following up with newly enrolled students, and guiding them through pre-start requirements. General support for Admissions operations is also included.
Responsibilities
+ Deliver training to campus Admissions Facilitators on key responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, coordinating tours, and supporting workshops, orientation, and special events
+ Coach facilitators on how to track admissions progress and effectively follow up with prospective students and their families
+ Train staff on assisting with scholarship testing logistics and administration
+ Guide facilitators in completing Admissions reports, forms, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
+ Instruct team members on maintaining proactive communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process and resolving potential obstacles
+ Provide training on proper data entry and database management to ensure accurate student records
+ Offer ongoing support and development to campus facilitators; they may occasionally assist with campus needs, including student enrollment, to model best practices
+ Assist as need with the training of new admissions representatives on Lead Squared
+ Work with Corporate Admissions on the development of an Admissions Facilitator Manual
+ Cover for campus Facilitators as needed during vacations

Requirements
+ S trong customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Competence in preparing standard reports and correspondence
+ Clear and professional communication with students, staff, and leadership
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Willingness and ability to travel for new hire training and campus support
+ High School Diploma or GED
