Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, Maryland is seeking an Admissions Coordinator. Be the first point-of-contact for families, discharge planners and other new resident referral sources. Work with Sales and Marketing and be involved in the community to make sure people are aware of the excellence in healthcare that Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center offers.

The duties of the Admissions Coordinator include answering questions, giving tours of the facility, coordinating the referral-to-admission process for inpatient rehabilitative services and ensures all contractual agreements are complete upon admission.

An energetic, highly motivated team player is needed to assist the Admissions Director in a results-driven census culture. This highly visible position requires a customer service professional that is detail oriented in a fast paced, multi-task environment. Candidate must have a genuine desire to display excellence in first impressions and customer service. Prior experience in healthcare setting and/or knowledge of admission process a plus.
