Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 an hour.

What you will do: Coordinates new marketing opportunities and monitors placement trends and program developments in both nationally and assigned regions. Identifies and attends marketing opportunities through regional, state and national juvenile justice conferences, request for proposals and acquisitions. Establishes and maintains a working relationship with the placing officials in region, including probation, social services, public defender, the judiciary, juvenile court school, etc. Maintains communication to ensure placing officials are aware of information about the ROP program and placements. Coordinates admission paperwork and travel plans with the site(s) designee. Ensures all referrals are inputted into FAMCare on file one week prior to admission. Conducts personal interviews, screens files and recommends disposition of all referrals from their designated regions. Schedules meetings with parents/guardians to provide program orientation and assesses family
reunification plans. Completes required paperwork, (including Admissions Summary form for inclusion into the database), reports and documentation in a timely manner, provides management with required reports (including referrals and activities in assigned region) and advises of any problematic situations. Complies with and implements the Rite of Passage Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals/handbooks. Ensures the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage policies and
procedures.
To be considered you should: High School diploma or equivalent~ Some college education preferred~ At least five years of prior experience in an administrative assistant position~ Prior Rite of Passage experience working with juveniles including knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture is preferred~ Background in dealing with juvenile placement agencies preferred~ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License
and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years~ Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures~ Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
