**Job Title** Adminstrative Assistant **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** + Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. + Handling email customer service requests. + Maintain polite and professional communication. + Transcription of Team meeting minutes. + Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, staff meetings, and conference calls. + Distribute materials pertinent to the event. Prepare conference rooms ahead of meetings. + Data entry, Scanning, Mail Disbursement, and Shipping + Maintain inventory of all office equipment and supplies + Coordinate invites, reminders, and meeting spaces for Operations and training events + Manage local distribution list of all management personnel + Perform routine office management duties as required + Any other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor + Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence + Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings/special events, as requested + Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information; generate reports. + Maintain lease and contract files, as well as other files located within the property management office + Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients and track service calls as required Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
