Position Description: House Supervisor 

BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Administrator On Duty to join our outstanding and compassionate Nursing Administration team at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel. 

The House Supervisor responsibilities include:

Coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments.Collaborating with the nursing teams, the House Supervisor is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement.Acting as a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is requiredRN (Registered Nurse) license is requiredACLS Certification is requiredNurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is requiredBachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

· 3 years of RN experience in acute care

· 1 year of Management experience is preferred
