In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and implement digital products by building web solutions that drive business growth, involving AEM to craft pages and features. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure content aligns with broader goals, such as aligning a product page with a campaign.  Manage content using a CMS to create, update, and organize text, images, or technical documents.  Optimize web content for SEO (e.g., keywords, meta tags) and usability (e.g., fast load times, intuitive navigation). Monitor performance metrics like page views, bounce rates, or conversion rates to gauge the success of web pages.  Participate in web-related development efforts by contributing ideas or testing new features. Ensure global availability of content, including localization efforts (e.g., translations) and maintaining uptime reliability.  Oversee publishing by scheduling and approving web pages for release.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses. 2-3 years of experience in web programming, support, and administration. 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System. Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration is a plus.
