Opportunity Overview As an Administrator, you play a crucial role in making sure that the system is updated to be able to invoice the customers in a timely manner. + Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to customers. + Performing bookkeeping tasks and settling transactions. + Analyzing data upon request and resolving billing or invoice issues raised by internal teams or customers. + Assisting with updates to the service price list using Excel and Word. + Managing and updating service pricing in ERP systems and Salesforce, including issue resolution. + Performing administrative tasks related to service product management. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, or a closely related field. + Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. + Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large data sets. + A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, self-motivated, and results driven. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong overall computer literacy.
