Administrator Coordinator
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Administrator Coordinator to join our client in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will support various departments by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate member data, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about fostering strong relationships within the beauty industry. This opportunity is hybrid, 2 days in office and 3 days remote. Work hours will be a total of 35 hours for the week. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries, offering proactive solutions, and building lasting relationships. • Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy in data and tracking engagement metrics. • Collaborate with team members to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and event logistics. • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling to streamline departmental operations. • Evaluate current office procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve member experiences. • Serve as a reliable resource across departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational support. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or office administration, ideally within a membership-based organization. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse groups. • Proven ability to analyze feedback and translate data into actionable improvements. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in database management systems, with Salesforce experience considered a plus. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with the beauty industry or membership-based associations is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
