PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Administrator Construction Manager to oversee Outside Plant (OSP) construction in the fast-paced telecommunications industry. What You’ll DoAs an Administrator Construction Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of OSP construction projects. You’ll ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with contractors, engineers, and local authorities.
Your day-to-day will include:
Overseeing contractor performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards and budgets Coordinating with municipalities, utilities, and internal departments Managing project schedules, inspections, and material logistics Ensuring compliance with permitting, safety, and regulatory requirements Conducting pre- and post-construction inspections Monitoring expenditures and maintaining accurate records (as-builts, timesheets, invoices) Investigating and reporting plant damage Attending pre-construction meetings and supporting cross-functional teams What You BringRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of combined OSP construction and splicing experience Strong knowledge of OSP construction standards, unit descriptions, and SSP contracts Familiarity with permitting, WZP, and TCP requirements Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and occasional overnight travel Valid driver’s licensePreferred:

Pay Details: $42.12 to $46.88 per hour
