Administrator - Banking/Financial Data (Hybrid working)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Fantastic opportunity to join the world's leading Global Broker.The primary responsibility of this position is to verify and audit the banking information of our trading partners as needed for claims settlements and similar.

We will count on you to:

Communicate via telephone and email with global trading partners to verify banking information prior to settlementLiaise with UK Claims and Accounting teams regarding payment requirementsMaintain and verify client and third party banking detailsVerify the data inputted by the account opening team at various stages, to ensure accuracyUnderstand and adhere to Marsh group and UK Regulatory requirementsProvide regular updates to management and key stakeholders across the business

What you need to have:

Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work as a team to complete tasks within SLA’sExcellent attention to detail and visual accuracy skillsExperience of handling sensitive informationTechnically proficient in MS office products to include MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.

What makes you stand out:

Previous office based experience, including workload managementExperience of working in Banking or Financial ServicesIntermediate Excel knowledge to include Pivot tables, v-look ups etc.
