Job Summary
The Administrator of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-focused care. This role is responsible for driving regulatory compliance, optimizing performance, and aligning center operations with organizational goals. The Administrator partners with key stakeholders to lead quality improvement initiatives, maintain financial sustainability, and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field required. Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. 7–9 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery or hospital setting required. Proven experience in ASC operations, including quality, regulatory, and financial management.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Deep understanding of ASC operations, CMS guidelines, AAAHC, Joint Commission standards, and HIPAA. Strong leadership, communication, and staff management skills. Proficiency in budgeting, data analysis, and healthcare performance metrics. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and lead quality and compliance initiatives. Competence in healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.INDLEAD
