Salary: £12.30 per hour
Our Retail Solutions Centre specialises in support to retailers in their product sample approval and critical path to product launch.
The Role:
Firstly, to provide general administration to the RSC team to support retailers in their product sample approval and critical path to product launch. To manage communication with suppliers and the retailer in relation to the Retailer's Customer complaints, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Main duties:Escalate failures in process to the line managerApproval of PAS on APP system and inform supplier of Product requirements.Ensure Critical Path deadlines are maintained through supplier monitoring.Issue reminders to suppliers failing to maintain critical path deadlines based on alerts from TnA systemEnsure that deadline dates are approved by the supplier within the critical path deadline, and escalate to line manager if this does not meet the agreed timescaleSupport Technologists in all areas as requiredKeep detailed and accurate records of all communications in an orderly fashionBuild positive and effective relationships with buying teams and suppliersAny other reasonable task requested to support the businessWhat We Are Looking For:Ideally degree educated in a business-related subject, must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications that must include English, Maths and a ScienceBe able to demonstrate proven experience as an administrator with good organisational skills and rigorous attention to detailCustomer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form is essentialDesirable experience in understanding critical path management and customer complaints management.A positive "can do" attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines and competing demands in a busy commercial environmentDemonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task and plan work effectively and work on their own or as part of a teamComputer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with data management systems such as CRM'sA flexible approach to working additional hours when required
