The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join our Warships Production Hub as a detail-oriented Administrator supporting the Welding Team. This vital role ensures smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow in one of the UK's leading naval engineering environments.
Day-to-day, you’ll accurately input welding data to support production, collaborate across teams and systems, and uphold data integrity in line with safety and quality standards.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Administrator
Administration experience Strong IT skills Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Qualifications for the Administrator
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English. NVQ or L2 in Business and Administration/Customer Service or equivalent or be willing to undertake this during employment
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
