Position: Administrator (Market Support)

Japanese Corporate Banking Department

Key responsibilities:

Opening the customer’s account and completing KYC procedureHandling the customer’s enquiries in all products and servicesSending indicative rate for Loan, Time Deposit and Forex to the customersConfirming the rate for the transaction with Internal DepartmentCollecting from the customers the necessary documents relating to transactions in cooperation with Internal DepartmentControlling due date of the transactionsPromoting and setting up transaction banking products and services such as internet banking, Payroll Services, etc.Preparing for the memo to seek for management’s approval on special handling of the conditions for all the fees and charges.Preparing for the memo and/or the documents relating to daily activitiesPreparing for the customer’s credit documents such as borrower rating, internal application, periodical report, etc.Preparing for instruction sheet of the transactionsControlling pending itemsRecording meeting minutesVisiting customer to maintain customer relationship.Supporting to all MSCommunicating with other department to sharing information

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degreeExcellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.Proficient in Japanese and EnglishBeing able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial.
