Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in West Bromwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable supporting multiple departments with essential day-to-day admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entryAnswering incoming calls and responding to emails professionally and promptlyPreparing and maintaining documentation such as Bills of Materials (BOMs) and internal reportsManaging and updating both digital and paper filing systemsOrdering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintainedAssisting with diary management, meeting scheduling, and room bookingsSupporting coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and clientsUpdating spreadsheets, databases, and inventory systems as requiredAssisting with basic invoicing or purchase order processesProviding general support to the wider office and management team as neededThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalConfident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookA proactive, approachable attitude and the ability to multitaskPrevious administrative or office experience (preferred but not essential) 

£13 per hour 
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
