Per Temps are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of a well-established health and beauty product manufacturer based in Leeds.

Established in 1997, the company develops and fills a wide range of personal care products, including bath and body care, haircare, skincare, aromatherapy, sun protection, and self-tanning items. With a strong reputation for quality and a hands-on approach, they operate as a close-knit, fast-paced team.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience who can step into the role and provide immediate support. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, handling day-to-day admin tasks, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with order processing.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Managing Director with general administrative dutiesTaking meeting minutes Raising purchase ordersCommunicating with suppliers to request information or materialsAssisting with basic sales admin tasks, including processing and updating ordersGeneral office duties, including filing and document organisation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an admin role, ideally in a busy office environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailClear and confident communication skillsAble to manage workloads and prioritise effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
