Purpose of Role: To provide comprehensive administrative support to all business operations and leadership at the Nisku Fabrication site. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office functions, supports cross-functional teams, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Team Support: Gather and display shop data; prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership. Support the QA Manager by preparing documents in line with ISO standards, coupled with some lab testing.Manufacturing Support: Design and develop presentations for company updates. Collect and maintain purchasing data to ensure accurate tracking.Maintenance Coordination: Enter and monitor work orders in the system.Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including organizing lunches, coordinating site visits, managing front desk responsibilities, and more.Safety Commitment: Demonstrate full commitment to our Zero Harm behaviors, supporting our goal of a world-class safety culture. Assist with initiatives and communications to foster a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a strong asset.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
