Position Profile: Administrator, RFS Lease Maintenance OverviewResponsible for evaluating and processing maintenance requests submitted to RFS. Maintains the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring InfoLease reports, and updating InfoLease accordingly. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to resolve customer billing issues and advises non-FSB users on internal lease policies.
Key Responsibilities Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents. Evaluate requests to modify lease billing and ensure documentation supports changes. Update internal lease billing in InfoLease based on signed customer documents. Review customer credit requests to ensure proper approvals per O-15 policy. Provide internal support for lease billing-related inquiries. Manage RFS exception reports as assigned. Participate in conference calls as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3–4 years of experience in business processes or leasing customer service. Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills & Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of leasing and lessor relationships. Working Conditions Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Work involves diversified assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex information. Frequent deadlines and workload volume may cause routine strain. Minimal physical effort; mostly sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting (typically under 10 lbs). Moderate dexterity required for regular use of tools such as calculators, keyboards, and other office equipment.
