Administrator, Program Management

Responsibility:
1.    Manage the project from RFQ to product release
2.    Lead the project team (engineering, qualification, factory, supply chain and supporting teams) to meet project milestones and deliverables 
3.    Manage BOMs and materials to meet NPI build and samples delivery schedule
4.    Manage the project schedule, cost and quality during project development process
5.    Manage project risk and drive for continuous improvement
6.    Communicate with internal and external regularly and effectively per request 
7.    Prepare project related reports and present to target audience per request
8.    Customer / factory visit per project requirement
9.    Support the special dedicated tasks 
10.    Other duties as required for program success.

Requirement:

4.    Teamwork and risk management spirit
5.    Excellent English / Chinese language and MS office software skills 
6.    Familiar with NPI product development process
7.    Familiar with ERP / SAP system & NPI manufacturing process
8.    Basic financial and commercial knowledge
9.    Above 6 years related experience on program management or power supply product engineering & bachelor’s degree without major limitation
10.    PMP certified (preferred)
