This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. **Responsibilities** **:** + Updating, invoicing, performing quality reviews and generating letters using the Broker Management System (EPIC) + Preparing refund requests as required + Scanning & attaching documentation in Broker Management System + Coordinate and handle daily incoming mail (hardcopy and electronic) + Processing outgoing mail + Closing of ICBC transactions and procedures + Review documents for Quality Assurance protocols + Assist in monitoring and maintaining ICBC inventory, back-end inventory + Process and package outgoing mail + Ensure the organization of outstanding documents and storage are in compliance and completed. + Support and/or collaborate with internal stakeholders + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Qualifications** + 1+ year(s) of experience in an office administrative position is an asset + Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook + Excellent time management and proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow + Self-starter and proactive team player + Superior organization + Extremely detailed oriented + Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders + Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset **Where This Can Take You** We invest in our employees!
