We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator, Operations and Client Management - IBCN-COE-OPERATION.

Principal responsibilities

Provide steady support to both biz units and other stakeholders by providing accurate, timely responses to queries and issues.Be able to prepare regulatory reporting in timely and accurately manner. Ensure all daily processes are delivered within SLAs / agreed timeframes while at all times being aware of controls and policies and ensuring adherence by the team and the business.Work closely with business lines and regional counterparties to standardize operating model to support growing business. Participate in various projects, new business objective and ongoing business improvement.
