Responsibilities • Confirm accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and coordinate data cleanup as necessary. • Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and analysis. • Execute mass uploads and data imports while maintaining data integrity. • Maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, positions, and department hierarchies. • Create and maintain workflows and approval processes. • Configure and manage journeys, tasks, and related functionality. • Perform system configuration as needed to support business processes and system enhancements. • Provide daily system support and troubleshooting for end-users. • Create new employees and enter transactions as needed. • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and resources to support users in effective system use. • Assists with special projects as needed. • Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety). • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. • 2 – 3 years of HRIS Administration experience in UKG is required. • Experience and/or knowledge of HR practices and policies. • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to use BI dashboards and reporting tools. • Solid experience in Excel; Pivot tables and vlookups. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer service mindset. • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Must exhibit sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters. • Process-oriented with demonstrated ability to identify efficiencies.
