You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you supportPerform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processesAnswer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriatelyManage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policyComplete and update reports and maintain systems and dataUndertake additional projects and tasks as requestedCoordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Responsabilidades principales:

Inspección y liberación de producto terminado, así como de material de empaque.Verificación del cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) o Good Working Practices (GWP) por parte del personal operativo.Seguimiento de indicadores clave del área y elaboración de presentaciones de resultados e indicadores de desempeño.Inspecciones en piso, tanto en el área de almacén como en las zonas de reempaque (re-packing) o copacking.Encabezamiento y convocatoria de sesiones de trabajo; seguimiento a acuerdos derivados de reuniones.Supervisión de procesos en el área de reempaque/copacking, incluyendo la inspección y liberación de producto.

Educación:

Ing. Industrial, Ing. Química, Ing. Alimentos, o afín.

Experiencia:

Al menos 6 meses.

Idioma:

Inglés básico

Conocimientos:

Sistemas de gestión de calidad (SQF, ISO 22000).

Herramientas:

SAP (preferible)Paquete office.

Modalidad:

Presencial de Lunes a sábado

Dos turnos:

Turno 1 -> 7:00 am 3:00 pmTurno 2 -> 11:00 am 7:00 pm
