You will support our import and export processes to ensure our goods arrive on time at the lowest landed cost while ensuring customs compliance with regulations. You will also manage the import/export organization. To excel in this role, you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Externally, you will be responsible for the operational management of third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders needed to perform and deliver the requirements of this role.

How you will contribute

You will: 

Plan the distribution of the finished productTrack availability to ensure compliance with the sales team's monthly quota, in addition to the order case fill rate (CFR) and on cap availability (OCA) objectivesBuild the sales and distribution forecast for distribution centers aligned with CS&L planning, and shares this plan with logistics operations to build on warehousing and transportation capacity

Experience in distribution of inventories between locations or related, inventory balancingSupply chain experience (production process management and distribution processes)Experience in processes related to the planning cycle, mainly as a distribution planner (MRP, DRP)Project management experience (timetables, availability projection)Experience in customer order management (key substitution, delivery appointments, delivery specifications)Experience working with warehouses, transportation, DSD branches, distributionProblem solving  and able to prioritize and drive for resultsPeer relationships/Team buildingAnalytical capacityTimely decision-making
