A company in north Austin is looking to add an Administrative Testing Coordinator to their team! This is a fully onsite role M-F 8am-5pm. This is a contract to hire position paying $20/hr.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in the administrative space- no experience necessary!

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and formatting reports from field staff

Organizing and distributing documentation based on internal guidelines and client needs

Uploading information to customer platforms

Following established procedures and timelines

Managing tasks effectively in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Organized and efficient with time management

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using computer systems and software (especially Excel)

Professionalism and dependability

Prior administrative or office experience is helpful

College degree preferred
