We are hiring an Administrative Specialist to support our European operations for the planned DuPont Electronics spin-off Qnity.  This role will be based in Mechelen, Belgium, but will also support colleagues in France, Switzerland, UK, Italy, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.   We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Specialist with a strong background in office management or business assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and executives in daily operational tasks.Manage correspondence and communications efficiently and professionally, both for employees, governmental and external parties.Coordinate scheduling, meeting organization, and training sessions.Monitor absence and sick leave records, including electronic data entry and processing (Time & Attendance Coordinator).Liaise with and coordinate efforts with external service providers.Create, update, and maintain the company website using Microsoft SharePoint.Process purchase requests in SAP/SRM and manage invoice tracking, receipt and issue resolution.  Act as fixed asset coordinator.Support with employee HR and administrative matters such as new employee on-boarding. Collaborate with the works council and health department to support company well-being initiatives.Plan travel arrangements and review travel expense claims ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.  Process visa applications and prepare invitations.

Your Profile:

A qualification in office management, business assistance, or a related field.Relevant experience in business administration is preferred, with a focus on human resources considered a plus.Excellent organizational, administrative, and planning skills.Strong communication abilities across different levels of the organization.Structured and independent work style.Solid understanding of office management systems and processes.Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Sharepoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook.High level of discretion, confidentiality, and strong teamwork skills.Proficiency in French and English.
