Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the customer service department by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and assisting customer service representatives in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
+ Accurately input customer information, order details, and service requests into CRM and other systems.
+ Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
+ Review and process incoming orders with accuracy and timeliness.
+ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
+ Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers or representatives.
+ Assist customer service representatives with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
+ Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
+ Help resolve basic customer inquiries or escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
+ Manage incoming emails and route them appropriately.
+ Support scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the support team.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
+ 1+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
+ Administrative support and assistance experience.
+ Customer service skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
