Administrative Support II
One of the largest companies in the country is hiring!

Our client is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented Administrative Support professional to join the Workplace team supporting the Boise office. This role blends classic administrative responsibilities with facilities coordination, executive support, and employee experience tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will manage shipping and receiving, assist with calendaring and internal scheduling, and help maintain a productive and welcoming office environment. This position offers exposure to multiple business areas including logistics, facilities, executive support, and operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and ensure NDA compliance upon entry.Manage shipping and receiving, coordinating with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.Monitor and respond to Zen Desk tickets, Slack messages, and emails.Coordinate daily lunch deliveries and office amenities.Support internal scheduling via G-Suite, Google Calendar, and Outlook.Assist with vendor communications and facilities maintenance.Perform general office walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and functionality.Manage seat assignments and space planning in coordination with the Workplace team.Contribute to workplace safety initiatives and support emergency preparedness protocols.Help with ad hoc requests such as booking restaurants and arranging meetings.Contribute to office process development and side projects like packaging and anniversary gifts.Maintain records using Excel and other tools.Collaborate with building, janitorial, and other facilities teams as needed.

Essential Skills

2+ years of administrative, clerical, or office coordination experience.Scheduling experience with Microsoft Office, Chime, Slack, G-Cal, and G-Suite.Experience with ticketing systems, Zen Desk preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Excel, Outlook), Slack, and Zen Desk.Customer service experience and front desk presence.Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.Familiarity with facilities operations and vendor coordination.Prior experience supporting executive teams or working in a receptionist role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
