Essential Functions
Independent management of tasks as well as administrative support.
Assist in coordination and follow up related to internal and external job shadows, in partnership with Talent Acquisition, including maintaining data/information related to follow up surveys.
Own Certification fail safe processes (vouchers and contracts) and information related to fail safe, maintain certification resources on NCC SharePoint site.
Assist with data collection for NCC projects.
Assist in successful launch and maintenance of selected projects.
Help to answer emails, maintain SharePoint and external website.
Assist with resource coordination for NCC projects, such as room bookings, materials needed, and communication related to events.
Assist in coordination of the NCC Advisory Council meetings.
Help to create and maintain program marketing materials.
DAISY program oversight and administrative support for DAISY/BEE for CHW
Utilizes the appropriate software applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of office workload.
Greets and communicates in a manner consistent with caring and respect and follows established policies for confidentiality. Answers telephone, takes messages, welcomes visitors and provides/relays information in a manner consistent with hospitality standards.
Composes documents and independently formats, types and proofreads correspondence, memos, reports, charts, statistics, meeting minutes, newsletters, etc.
Performs/coordinates basic office duties such as sorting/distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, and ordering/maintaining equipment/supplies.
Maintains schedule/daily calendar for staff members/rooms/equipment, making independent judgments regarding priorities/rescheduling. Arranges for conference/travel, meetings as needed.
Collects, compiles, and prepares data for analysis and develops systems that facilitate tracking of data. Manipulates data to develop unique reports to meet special requests and reviews reports/data to determine accuracy.
Directs and maintains accountability for completion of complex, multi-faceted programs/projects.

QualificationsRequired
Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience specific course work in office administration/secretarial science.
2 years of relevant experience in secretarial/clerical and computer skills.
2 years of relevant experience in administrative projects, program management, hospital/physician office, statistical data collection and analysis.
2 years of relevant experience in dealing with the public, preferably in the medical or customer service field.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
4 years’ experience in data analysis and data collection
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Career development and or workforce development experience
Strong business acumen
Project management background
Program development experience
