Manage high-volume copying, printing, scanning, binding, and electronic document production.
Organize requests, track priorities, and maintain office inventory.
Handle outgoing and incoming mail, courier runs, and special deliveries.
Cover switchboard as needed and assist with office and kitchen upkeep.
Support attorneys, staff, and clients professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Legal industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and PDF/document management software preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
