Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an **Administrative Support Assistant** to work at a facility in **Chesterfield , MO.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.
**Pay Rate:** $19 / hour
*W2
**Shifts Available:**
+ Two (2) - 8-hour positions from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and state holidays. Estimated 20 hours per week per position
**Type & Focus of the Needed Services:**
+ Prioritize excellent customer service for a wide and diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to internal teams, state agencies, state officials, contractors, and the public.
+ Manage front desk reception duties and ensure excellent customer service when answering phones, directing inquiries, receiving visitors and guests, and coordinating deliveries.
+ Prioritize and execute a variety of administrative tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining logs and records, coordinating requests for maintenance and housekeeping services, and distributing State ID Badges.
+ Work closely with East Region Service Level Manager and Lead Admin Support Assistant to review and ensure accurate preparation and processing of documents for business activities.
+ Collaborate and build a positive rapport with state team members, contractors, and visitors to ensure timely and accurate processing of business activities.
+ Establish and maintain various filing and record systems utilizing a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, SharePoint, OneDrive and others.
+ Operate under general supervision; receive and act upon direction, guidance, and feedback on performance for continuous improvement.
+ Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

+ Ability to learn new tasks quickly and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines and changing priorities.
