JOB PURPOSE: Providing support to the business in various administrative functions

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front office reception: managing phone callsCommunication with production to deliver orders timely and accurately.Input incoming and outgoing inventoryMaintaining and balancing daily reports.Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.Weighing trucksData EntryAccounts PayableProvide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits.Other duties and tasks as assigned.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Good customer service and organizational skillsMinimum of one year experience in office administrationThorough and detail orientedAbility to multitask and work with a sense of urgencyTact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours during spring and fall.Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.

 

Wage range is:  $21-$23 per hour

Compensation Package:  -  Starting at21 CAD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts 

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
