Position: Support for the Contract Execution Team
Type of contract: Contract of mandate for one year (Umowa zlecenie na 12 miesięcy)
Department: Finance and Logistics department
Workplace: Roche Diagnostics Poland (Warsaw Office)
Working hours: Approximately 35-40 hours a week
Main responsibilities:
Current support of the contract execution team,Workflow of logistics documents (working with the client's databasein SAP) and documents specific to the supply of analysers,Working in systems: SAP - main, GDC, Smartsheet, Agiloft; updating databases and systems in the area of responsibility,Documents archivingCreation of financial reports
Who you are:
Fluent Polish is a must,English at a communicative level (B2),Very good knowledge in MS Office - especially Excel and Word,Experience in SAP, Agiloft would be an asset,Degree in Economics or equivalent would be a plusAccuracy and patience,Strong analytical skills,Ability to work in a team.
