Administrative Specialist
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Specialist** to support our **Seeds Production team in Sevilla, Spain** . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes, quality data management, and operational support across our production activities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are passionate about organization and quality, and enjoy working collaboratively, this is your opportunity to contribute to Corteva’s mission of enriching the lives of those who produce and those who consume. **Key Responsibilities** As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for: + Managing all administrative tasks related to seed production. + Collaborating with the Supply team to ensure accurate and timely quality data for seed volume, usability, and supply. + Supporting the Agronomy team with data management as needed. You will also: + Use **SAP** for vendor creation, SOP management, stock control, invoice processing (via eSpree/X-TRY), and grower creation. + Maintain and update data in **SeedPro** , **SAP R/3** , and other field activity tools (from planting to harvest). + Organize and coordinate seed delivery to growers during planting season. + Work with the French logistics team to manage seed transfers post-harvest. + Oversee seed inventory updates and EPI material control in SAP. + Ensure accurate characterization and storage of seed lots in SAP, aligned with regional guidelines. + Coordinate lab sample collection and analysis, initiating corrective actions when necessary. + Provide timely and accurate reporting on seed production metrics (e.g., units produced, conditioned, re-bagged, discarded). + Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and environmental responsibility. **Location** + La Rinconada, Sevilla, Spain **Qualifications** + University education related to this field of work - Additional training in Quality Management is a plus + Minimum **5 years** in administrative roles - Experience in **quality management** is a plus + **Fluent in English** + Proficient in SAP and **Microsoft Office** + Strong planning and organizational skills + Committed to continuous improvement, high attention to detail and data accuracy + Comfortable working with third parties and cross-functional teams + Team-oriented mindset + Results-driven and problem-solving attitude To know more about Corteva please watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bs3CpU29-1M Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
