Administrative Scheduler - Full Time (Overnight Shift)

Location/Schedule: Bellevue, WA (Monday - Friday, 10pm-6:45am) or Seattle, WA (Friday/Monday 10pm - 6:45am + Saturday/Sunday 6pm - 6:45am)

Rate: $28.05/Hour

We are searching for an experienced Administrative Scheduler to join our team sitting in the Downtown Bellevue! This individual will directly coordinate schedules for Security Officers allocated to one of the largest employers in the world. This position is fast-paced and has a heavy focus on technical computer skills to effectively ensure all shifts have optimal coverage. 

The scheduler is responsible for maintaining staffing levels and communicating with team members to provide updates on scheduling progress and forecasting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

What Your Day May Look Like

Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designatedIn conjunction with company management or designated representatives, ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positionsPrepare, file, and submit various reports as requiredInspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilitiesAs assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carry out supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring/termination recommendations.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong computer / technology skills neededTop notch customer service skills are essential for this positionMust be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethicMust have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communicationConflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plusStrong service delivery orientationPreferred 1 year of experience in scheduling capacity planning, organizing, and leadershipStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse culturesAbility to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
