**Job Description**
*** Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance ***
The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes to project management and discipline managers in order to assure the project meets or exceeds all technical requirements. This role performs moderate number of minimally complex assignments, evaluates, selects, and applies standard administrative techniques to projects and/or departments.
• Provide direct support to the site program management office needs
• Deliver quality work, and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR)
• Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and apply general understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
• Assist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines
• Assist in employee travel, expense, IT account setup, and other critical administrative requirements necessary for employees to support daily tasks
• Support onboarding and off boarding for all UK and US personnel
• Coordinate and allocate space needs for the program
• Organize and facilitate meetings and team events as required
• Other duties as assigned

**Basic Job Requirements**
• U.S. Citizen
• Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Intermediate or above skill using outlook e-mail/calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity working within a classified environment
• Serve as department representative to internal clients
• Support global project and/or department initiatives
• Engage in Fluor's global community, promoting a OneFluor mindset
• Implement global strategy at the local level
• Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities

• Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Expert in use of Fluor specialized software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workload
