Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative assistance to the Plant Manager and leadership team. This role requires strong collaboration, professionalism, and discretion while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, management, peers, and business unit personnel across the company. Exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision. Manage timekeeping duties, including accurate entry of employee hours using designated applications. Process expense reports and purchase card transactions in compliance with company policies. Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and related logistics (e.g., presentation equipment, agendas, minutes, handouts, reservations, refreshments). Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proven experience handling administrative tasks with attention to deadlines and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
