Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Receptionist to join their NYC office. The hours are 8am-4:30pm and this position is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Sit at reception and greet guests and vendorsCoordinate conference room schedules and manage onsite meetingsSupport travel plans for 3 director level members of the teamManage kitchen stocking, inventory ordering and daily cleaning and manage office supplies and ordersPlan events, on-sites, and team activitiesAssist with tech troubleshooting
Qualifications:
2+ years of experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
Compensation/Benefits:
