Summary This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. . Responsibilities As a ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM ASSISTANT at the GS-0303-6/7 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the administrative subject matter expert and support for programs associated with the USTRANSCOM TCSG Global Patient Movement Joint Advisory Board (GPMJAB) Subgroups and associated meetings. Performs Functional Area Communications and Computer System Manager (FACCSM). Administers USTRANSCOM SG information systems, provides assistance and ensures information security and accountability for USTRANSCOM SG computer equipment. Provides oversight and management of assigned training program. Coordinates all aspects of the Residency in Aerospace Medicine (RAM) Patient Movement Rotations Residency Aeromedical training program and serves as the primary source of information. Serves as the subject matter expert for mandated administrative support programs. Reports program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and command directives to the Director. Responsible for assigned programs Serves as the resident subject matter expert for internal/external Memorandum of Agreements/Understandings (MOU/MOA). Ensures that the MOU/MOAs products/services are in compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and directives -Performs miscellaneous office automation, information management, and receptionist duties Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications You may qualify at the GS-7, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 grade level in the Federal service: Lead, facilitate, and provide administrative subject matter in support of patient movement. Provide and facilitate the exchange of information to professional personnel in multiple presentation and review venues, and formats using a wide variety of media (email MS Office Tools, live presentations, video teleconferencing, etc.). B. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-6 grade level in the Federal service Lead, facilitate, and provide administrative subject matter in support of patient movement. Provide and facilitate the exchange of information to professional personnel in multiple presentation and review venues, and formats using a wide variety of media (email MS Office Tools, live presentations, video teleconferencing, etc.). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. All materials must be submitted by the closing date of the announcement. Status candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level).
