Stratasys is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, to the company's CFO.
The successful candidate must be collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks depending on current needs.
Temporary role (~6 months)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
+ Handle requests and queries appropriately
+ Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
+ Oversee and coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and content alignment for Finance leadership town hall meetings, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder readiness.
+ Manage and process PO/PR requests for the Finance Division
+ Make travel arrangements, and execute expense reports
+ Support internal BU events.
Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience working as an Executive Assistant with a similar scope of responsibilities.
+ Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
+ Must have strong administrative and organizational skills.
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing workload.
+ Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global work environment.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
+ B.A degree.
+ Excellent English, mother tongue preferred.
