The key responsibilities include: + Responsibilities include both team support and administrative coordination across assigned topics. + Supporting the team on assigned topics, including preparation and information gathering + Organizing and coordinating meeting and training schedules for the entire team + Preparing necessary documents and creating PowerPoint presentations + Managing correspondence, including drafting, coordinating, distributing, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards + Maintaining files and records in an organized manner + Handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and executing assigned responsibilities efficiently Use your skills to move the world forward + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field + Proven experience in roles such as Team Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Support + Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach in a dynamic environment + Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Business communication in English and Thai, written and spoken.
