Administrative Operations Supervisor

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
As supervisor, you will develop and mentor a team of administrative and executive assistants through discussions, personalized mentorship and performance support. A highlight of this position is preparing and producing presentations, correspondence and materials with careful editing for grammar, punctuation and clarity. Our expectation for you is to exercise independent prioritization of tasks and projects, ensure measurable progress through transparent communication with leadership and team members, and assess and calibrate talent and compensation within the unit. Other responsibilities include:
+ Coordinating intricate meeting logistics both on- and off-site, which may involve handling budgets, arranging travel, booking venues, leading all aspects of room logistics and materials preparation and coordinating catering services.
+ Handling email correspondence, timekeeping, comprehensive calendar management, research initiatives and other special assignments.
+ Interacting expertly with leaders, clients and colleagues at all times.

Seasoned executive assistant with experience managing a staff
Attention to details with strong follow-up skills; this often requires a level of decisiveness and good judgment
Self-motivated teammate with the ability to work independently under minimal direction
Demonstration of excellent interpersonal, management and organizational skills, which lead to outstanding customer service and a focus on quality and accuracy
Education
+ English proficiency, at C1 level.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
