 We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII has the following vacant permanent positions: 



ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V/HRMO III


Status of Employment :       Permanent

Item No. : OSEC-DSWDB-ADOF5-169-2004

Division/Program            :       HR Planning and Performance Management Section 

Salary Grade                   :       SG 18 (Php51,3040.00)



Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education :     Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training :           8 hours of relevant trainings

Experience : 2 years of relevant experience

Eligibility : CSC Career Professional/ Second Level Eligibility


Preferred Qualifications: 

Education :           Bachelor's degree  preferably in any of the following 

areas: Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology


Training :   8 hours of relevant training in any of the following: 

Coaching and Mentoring, Risk Management and Leadership, Appointment and Leave Administration, Strategic Planning, Performance Management and Workforce and Succession Planning. 


Experience : 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following: Recruitment Selection and Placement, 

HR Policy Formulation, Learning and Development

Eligibility : 2nd Level Eligibility

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Performs job analysis; 

Develops incentives and awards scheme to motivate employee to work with the desired result;

Plans employee welfare and benefits; performs personnel audit and manning level; evaluates performance;

Drafts replies to queries; queries; drafts reports; documents activities and projects/programs; organizes resource (money, man, materials, machine, methods);

Prepares training and development design/proposal; develops instructional materials;

Conducts training and development programs; evaluates training and development programs

Monitors/follow-up training and development programs; prepares training reports;

Renders technical assistance/acts as resource speaker to training programs and other personnel matters; 

Supervises in the publication of vacant positions; 

Evaluates applicants/candidates to the vacant positions;

Assists in the selection board meeting; gathers data to develop/evaluate policies; 

Drafts policies, submits recommendations for approval;

Disseminates policies/issuance’s develops evaluation instruments/feedback mechanisms; interprets data; 

Recommends appropriate actions on changes of policies.
